I don't understand why the cost of the order went up when I made the shipping late later in the future. The price was $67 for delivery as soon as April 26 to April 28, but the cost for delivery on April 29 or later is $81. Why? I would think the price would be more for a short notice order, such as for tomorrow, rather than for an order that doesn't need to be delivered for over a week.
